He is actively involved in providing, management and consultancy services in real estate in addition to letting & selling. He is committed to serving clients with professionalism and integrity.
Away from the office, Anjay enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing bridge and supporting charities.

We ensure properties are well maintained, address tenant concerns, and strive to maximize the property’s value and profitability while adhering to legal regulations.

I develop financial strategies, and provide guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and decision – making to support the company’s fiscal health and objectives.

I oversee the financial operations properties, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, rent collection, and payment of expenses like utilities and maintenance. I prepare financial reports, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. Additionally, we work closely with property managers to address financial issues and maintain profitability.
