He started his career in the field of Accounting, Audit & Financial Services.
He is actively involved in providing, management and consultancy services in real estate in addition to letting & selling.
He is committed to serving clients with professionalism and integrity.

Amit Mehta, Chief Financial Officer
My role is to oversee the organization’s financial activities, managing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. I develop financial strategies, and provide guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and decision – making to support the company’s fiscal health and objectives.
Beryl Achieng, Administration Manager
I oversee the smooth functioning of real estate operations, handling tasks such as lease administration, tenant communication, and property maintenance coordination. I ensure efficient property management compliance with regulations, and streamline administrative processes to support the property functionality and value.
Peris Chepkemoi, Property Accounts Manager
I oversee the financial operations properties, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, rent collection, and payment of expenses like utilities and maintenance. I prepare financial reports, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. Additionally, we work closely with property managers to address financial issues and maintain profitability.
